How to choose the right knife

Choosing the right chef's knife can be difficult. Here you will find some info about each knife type and what they are used for. If you are looking for one knife you can use for most things in the kitchen, we recommend a good chef's knife or santoku knife

 

Chef's knife
The classic size for an all-round knife. With a good chef's knife, you have everything you need for vegetables and meat.

Nakiri vegetable knife
Classic Japanese Nakiri knife that is perfect for peeling and cutting vegetables. With a good grip, large and unmanageable vegetables such as turnips and celery root become a breeze to cut.
