Shipping and delivery

How do I track my order?

Your package can be tracked via the link / tracking number that is sent in the shipment confirmation to your e-mail or in this link.

My product is damaged during transport. What am I doing?

Contact us immediately via e-mail to ks@kniiv.no. Until the case is clarified, it is good if you take care of the product and the packaging

An item is missing from my delivery. What am I doing?

Contact us via e-mail to ks@kniiv.no and the missing item will be forwarded.

How is my item sent, and does it arrive in the mailbox?

Your item will be sent as a package from our warehouse.

If your mailbox is large enough for the package, it will be delivered in the mailbox. If the mailbox is too small, you will receive a pick-up code so that it can be picked up at your nearest post office.

Are you sending abroad?

Yes! We ship to the whole world as far as possible. Shipping cost and delivery time can affect in which country it is sent to. 2-4 weeks delivery time on international orders

I want to return my item or use the right of withdrawal.

How do I do that?

You can regret the purchase of items from Kniiv.no within 14 days, remember that the item must also be sent to us within 14 days from the day notice of use of the right of withdrawal was given. Contact us via e-mail at ks@kniiv.no. The product must be returned in the original packaging (in the same condition as you received it).

How do I get my money back and how long does it take?

You will be contacted for a refund.

You will receive your money back 2-14 days after the item is received by kniiv.no.

How do I cancel my order?

You can not cancel a purchased item, but you can exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

Do I have to pay return shipping?

Postage / shipping on return is not covered.
